hexing bases

for you to rehex as you like! credit is appreciated.

plush doll bases
stubby limbs and funny movement. "stands up" when in the knees pose, and is best at wearing short sleeves (long sleeves cover the "hands"). no features like hair or anything, you can add that! sorry about lacking code comments i made this while really zoned out. also comes with a cat version that kinda looks like an animal crossing thing.

rez.dll overwriting base (V1)
an altered babyzrez.dll that will generate fresh hexie bases for you through entering specific codes in the serial number prompt.

mostly base-game babyz (shown on the right)
0000-bc4a-aaaB-gbd (one baby)
0000-bc4b-aaaB-gbe (two babyz)

cherub babyz (my base with an altered face, shown on the left)
0000-ec4a-aaaE-gbd (one baby)
0000-ec4b-aaaE-gbe (two babyz)

a known quirk is that the adoption certificate image does not always match up with the baby that ends up generated, so wait until you see it in game. also, they always come clothed (i don't know what to do about this!) but they disappear quickly once you age the baby to 100. "twins" usually do not match.

this edit affects ab.lnz (now mostly basegame variant) and agx.lnz (now cherub variant), as well as adds 2 new lnz files for the growering. everything else is untouched. use with codes other than the ones described here at ur own discretion!

cherub base
a slightly modified shape for you to start with. inspired by vintage paintings and dolls.

smaller and chubbier with a modified face and ears as well as certain outlines (notice the toes), and a simple body blush. comes with a "grower-ready" even smaller size in the child lnz as well, you can edit this out if you don't like it, though.

textures go into: resource/textures/base, you are free to reroute and also obviously recolour them.

my skintone reference uses this base if you need inspiration on how to recolour cherubs (or imps).

imp base
an offshoot of my cherub base, meant for cutesy "definitely not human" babyz covered in fur.
really, i mostly just wanted to see what more i could pull off with my dither texture.
